[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Replacemet / Refund required due to LED Damage Received

I have Raised a complaint against PaisaPay ID : [protected], Claim ID : 604461 user ID shailkvish on 'ebay.in' against damage LED TV received (photograph attached), on 26/08/2014 ebay closed the claim saying, it is covered in one year manufacturing warranty, But manufacturer is clearly saying that any kind of physical damage is not covered in warranty. Now please tell me where to go & what to do. More details (explained) I have bought an 32” LET TV on 05th Aug & Received it on 8th Aug. same day informed the seller that I have received an faulty product, waited for 02 days, for seller response (also shared photographs, 02 times, as ebay/seller required )On 12 aug, raised a Claim ID: 604461, after regular follow up & all most after 18 days on 26th aug, they have closed the case saying : Action created: on. 26 Aug 2014 Buyer Claim request rejected by eBay by ashish2010.eg As per our telephonic conversation dated[protected] on [protected], we have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the item purchased by you is under (1 year) Manufacture warranty and hence excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under eBay guarantee. Therefore, the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result, we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected. Thank you for your precious time, have a nice day. But, as above said, manufacturer is clearly stated that any kind of physical damage is not covered in warranty. (I think we all know that). Now please suggest where I can go, what I can do. As ebay guarantee has betrayed me ebay always hypes, its ebay guarantee, you are covered against ebay guarantee, but as per my experience ebay guarantee is of no use, because when I was in most need, it just betrayed me & vanished, as it was never there. I was shopping @ ebay from when it was formed, but As per this experience I would say, online shopping not safe, at least on ebay.in & I would never ever suggest any body to shop on ebay as I use to do earlier.

The LED was dead on arrival itself as i already stated in my all communications to ebay,
it was received on 08/08/2014 & same day complaint raised to the
seller & when seller did not responded then i have raised a claim
(604461) at ebay. as already given all the details
you can check it all the details on my used id : [protected]@ebay

Micromax service engineer has visited & refuse to cover it under
warranty & stated no physical damage is covered under manufacturer
warranty

Please tell me what to do

Greetings for the day, From last 04 days i was trying to ship the item back from various corrier services
Result
Fedex : Refused, due to glass item
First flight : Refused
Amrox : Refused
Trackon: Refused

But, some how I have managed to ship the LED, the details are as below and slip has been attached.
Corrier : DTDC
Tracking No.: V18479104
Amount: 2920 Rs. (Volumetric weight : 14.5 KG + Insurance)

I have never shipped any thing like this in my life, these are most frustrating & embracing days of my life, after going trough all of
this only one question is in my mind, what have i done wrong, Purchased an item from e-bay? or Purchased an micromax product

Can't get my money back as soon as possible for an cancelled order
