I bought a Mac Book battery from eBay which didn't work for me so i asked for refund. They told me to ship the item back to seller & they promised that they'll refund my shipping charges in form of a coupon. I shipped the item back to seller & he received it the very next day. I spent Rs. 180 to ship the item back but till date i haven't received any coupon from eBay. First they told me that it will take 7 days time. I called them after 7 days then the guy told me it takes 9 days. I waited for another 2 days but no communication from eBay. I called them again & guy said it takes 10 days time so i asked him to connect me to his supervisor. From the escalation team of eBay guy said he escalated & i will receive the coupon by 7:30pm of 28th NOV 2014 but just to check what's going on with my request i called them yesterday & this guy said it's gonna take 10 days time so i asked him to connect me to his supervisor but he routed me back into the que. Now the next guy asked me to wait for 72 hrs because he has forwarded an email to the concerned team. I asked him for reference number but he hung up the call. It's been over a month now but all they have been giving me DATE AFTER DATE. Please lemme know if your team can help me in this matter or can i approach consumer court because i don't think so eBay is gonna refund my shipping charges.
