"UNI N1 8GB 3G Black Calling Tablet With 5MP +2MP Dual Camera And IPS Screen" (Item ID:[protected] from seller "impefa4"

Tab recd yesterday. Sim slots are not working with no tower showing for 2-3 sim cards being tried simultaneously

If no improvement, will return the product.

Pls send necessary process and links for return and contact today without delay

Pls do needful and treat as urgent

No call back/resolution recd till down despite above mail and claim ticket logged on their site on 23/2 vide claim no. 1733821

I demand quick resolution and call back or total refund on priority

Updated by santanub10 no resolution provided for the same---no proper customer orientation---I am extremely upset with the casual approach and purchase .

I want urgent callback and 100% refund immediately followed by faulty product to be returned and collected from my premises.

This apprach has caused me a great deal of harassment and embarrassment

No satisfactory step taken by ebay so far

complaint marked on 23/02, still no action been initiated from ebay team--despite repeated mail and reminders, there has been delay and lapse on behalf of seller-----it is quite harassing and disheartening to have purchased the item from their site ---
