Ebay.in — Very bad experience with ebay india. Harrassment

Hello Team Ebay,

I want to bring my case in notice of you.I am now very much fed up with your service.This is consumer harrasment.

I purchased a Samsung 32Gb Memory card from ebay Paisa Pay ID: [protected] on 20th January 2016.I was given courier tracking number thorugh DTDC: Z69109325

26th Jan was my expected delivery date but i didnt received.So i was worried.I logged in my account and tracked courier it showed me delivery address somewhere in Surat whereas i am in Panchkula.I immeditely admitted that i have been fraud by seller.I checked the seller status it showed me "" This seller is no longer registered with ebay"" .I got too much worried and I opened a wrong claim "" Issue Type : Part of the order missing""

After that i waited and received a call from ebay claim department and they checked delivery status and told that wait for till 30th.And they told me that this is wrong claim and they are closing the claim.I told them that seller has been removed from ebay butthey were telling no sir seller is still registered.

And they closed the claim.In this all time I was trying to contact seller: Name - sunita shekhawat

But her number was not available and i emailed seller and no reply.


I waited till 30th and i called customer care and told all this.The customer care executive told me he is submitted the request to re open the case and provided me SR number: ****** and told me wait for 5-10 days.I called again on 2nd as no call received than the customer care told me that there the previous executive didnt properly submitted the request and he need to submit again.

What is this?Your customer care executives dont work properly and waisted my time.Then current cse provided me SR number: ************ and that again wait.


I want to say that I am myself telling that i opened the wrong claim first because i knew seller is playing with order.Why is there so much delay in my SR request.The item is auto confirmed recived on 4th.

I am waiting for call.I have not received anything and for that my money is stuck with you.This is consumer harrassment.tell me what to do now.I have been contacting thorugh facebook but no response.

I have added screenshots of seller and reveiews made forthis same product.

Please see into this case and refund my money.


Now todays its 11th Feb 2016 and i am waiting and no call has been received to me.


Dont message to ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com they do not reply.I have mailed them twice they do not reply

from past 20 days everyone is saying me to wait.Are you taking my patience test??
If your money has been stuck somewhere what you have done in my case?

Custome care says wait for 10 days, someone says wait 72 hours, some 48 hours.Is this kind of joke?Are you making fool of me?
