Ebay.in — Worst service from ebay: even refund approved on 26th nov 2015, waiting to get refund back | |||||
Hi, PaisaPay ID [protected] (Item ID :[protected] item "Satinique® Anti-Dandruff Shampoo" Request-ID: 1-[protected] 1-[protected] I usually shop online but eBay is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. First time I have order on ebay.in and the first time experience was the worst experience. I had ordered "Anti-Dandruff Shampoo" on 13 Nov 2015 from eBay. Item should delivered before 24th Nov 2015. On 24th Nov I called to eBay customer care & asking about the status. As per there information my product was undelivered due to wrong address. My question is why they don't call me when they have my mobile number. on the reply eBay guarantee send me a mail and regret about bad experience with ebay. At the end I demand to resend the product. They promised me that you will get your product within week else you will get the refund. On 30th Nov I again called, I got reply that your product was unavailable, and your refund is approved. Thereafter I called to customer care 15 times, every time call route to different office in different state. Every time customer care people escalate the problem freshly i.e they generate new request id and it will take 48 hours to escalate the same problem for which I called 15 times. Customer care people will never give you single point of contact who will escalate the issue. And I believe they told wrong names to customer. I called to Gagandip, Ashish, Govind, Nandan(Gujrat Branch) and many more. When I request them to please transfer my call to those person, they never do that. Customer care people always promised me that I will personally note your mobile number & called you to give updates on the issue and also you will get refund within 48 hours because your refund is already approved on 26th Nov 2015. Customer care people always regret & give promise that they will escalate the issue to manager. When I request while writing mail please keep me in cc. They denied that too. How one can keep faith on eBay !!! Guarantee !!! ? I have all call recording logs. Though amount is not big, but I feel like cheating. After sending this mail, I will wait for 1 week then I will request people from facebook, whatsapp, twitter to do not buy anything from eBay due to there bad service and cheating tendency. There should be a person who is inside https://www.consumercomplaints.in who checks all details & call us.
Today also I got called from https://www.consumercomplaints.in Name: Rohan Kumar Mobile number: [protected] Location Noida
He is also asking same info which was never ask to any customer.
