I make full charg to samsung 9000mah power bank up to 4led lights onn.i charg it13hrs. I am using note2 mobile it contain 3100mah.power bank is not charged my mobile one at lest time.

I return shipprd it to seller.and i send proof of return to [protected]@ebay.com.
But no result .plz slov my prblm
