[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — 10400mah power bank not working when received | |||||
My order id is oid55260.I ordered the 10400 mah power bank on 16/03/2016. Received the same on 23/03/2016. The product has not been working since i received the product. I tried to contact [protected] i.E., the customer care number of ebazar ninja but the reply i received was that the customer care facility is currently not available. I have tried to even send an email to [protected]@ebazar.Ninja but the mail is not being delivered as the email id is fake. The product is having a 6 month waranty as shown in the shopping site of ebazar ninja but no waranty card was accompanying the product. I want to return the product but am not able to contact the customer care to do the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||

eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 30, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response customer reverse pickup was initiated , once we will receive the product we will initiate the replacement.

Verified Support Jul 02, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have replaced the product with new one , so we are closing the case from our side.

Yes the complain was promptly resolved by ebazar ninza customer service.the product was picked up from me and replaced within 10 days.thanks https://www.consumercomplaints.in and ebazarninza.
