I placed replacement 20800 mah power bank dated 18/07/2016 request id is. P74303641, due to not working it properly.

But it is still neither get replaced nor refund against the same.

Client no. Is [protected], i continuously trying to call from last 4 days but they not pick up call.

I have ordered 20000 Amh Capacity Power Bank, but dilivered 13000 Amh Power Bank, and it is also assembled one not new. i have tried to complaint over phone as well as by email, but didn't get response, and still issue is pending to resolve. so i feel this is fraud and unethical business.
