[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Non refund of money on faulty/fake power bank | |||||
I had purchased a MI 20800 power bank for Rs 980 from ebazar.ninja via order id OID922275 dated 23.5.16. Upon delivery the product to be a defective and more importantly a fake product and therefore I immediately contacted the company for refund of money. The company instructed that refund of money would happen once they receive the product and was picked up from our shop via blue dart dated 28.5.2016 via pod no [protected]. Since that day i have been constantly trying to reach their customer care via email and phone but no one is responding. I was given the assurance that once they receive the product i will get my money back but despite it being 20 days i still have not received the refund on my payment. Aug 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 30, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response as per customer complain refund is initiated will get it asap.

I have still not received the refund in my account. Despite the committment from ebazar representative that credit would be given within 24 hrs.
Did you got support from Consumer Court ?
They called to get my bank account details which i have already shared with them multiple times over email. I have been again trying get in touch with them through a customer care no but still no one is giving a response. Hence i still require support from the consumer court to resolve the matter.
