I've received a power bank which according to poor knowledge i've been able to detect that it is a fake power bank.
I've purchased the power bank from

The customer care representative, ms. Priyanka arora refuses to acknowledge my problem as well as refuses my request to talk to the manager.
Kindly look into the matter. I'm a medical student and don't have much expertise in this arena. Also due to my ongoing college exams, i couldn't check the details of powerbank right away.
