[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Refund for fake product | |||||
I buy 20800mah power bank of MI from ebazar ninja and I got this product on 26 March 2016 but they diliverd fake power bank from ebazar so I want refund my money. I called the customer care so many time but they not give any respond to me and the product was 100% fake. they Emil me like the xiomi power bank capacity of 20800 mah and I got EB power bank. May 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Complain are not resolved because I clim refund money but they reverse diliverd duplicate product and today they call me and said that power bank are replace and u get in 5 - 7 working day . I m not gonna recive this product untill I get my 980 rs back. eBazar Ninja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 04, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have initiated the reverse pickup of the product , once we will receive the product we will initiate the replacement .
Verified Support Jun 29, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we really apologise for the inconvenience , once we will receive bank details we will initiate the refind asap.
Verified Support Jul 02, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have received the bank details , we have initiated the refund within 5- 7 working days customer will get it.
Verified Support Jul 08, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response as per customer complain we have refunded the amount so we are closing the case from our side.

After long time ebazar called me back and they said we will give back your product. But there is not quation about replace. I wanna my money back because they police is to contact in 48 hr but the polise work for original product. If they give fake or duplicate product than they have to give me my money back without wasting time. Here I attached screenshot of mail resived by ebajar for xiomi power bank of 20800mah but they diliverd EB mi power bank . it's a complete Ford company please take a huge action agnist them..
