[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Selling duplicate product

I have order mi power bank 20000 mah on 21 april 2016 and recived on 28 april whose order id is oid73050 and they send duplicate product. And refuse to refund my order. They said that it is original mi product. Which was't ill tried to contact costumer-care many times but they did't reply. At last i call to a number which come from order identification and they said they dont have the refund policy but they mention it on theri website
