Hello, This company send me a fake product(xiaomi mi 10400 mah power bank) while in image it shows the original product. They send me 10400 mah powerbank but its not able to charge my 3200mah phone at single time and there inquiry number and email id is not responding also. Jul 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally company refund my whole money after a long period of one month, without any deduction like security charge, courier charge or any other thing. Because some people complain that company request for deposit security charge for refund there money.

There is already four days were past for giving both power banks to your courier service. Why don't you ask them for the late in delivery. This is not my fault...
