I Need Help to get the resolution from Ebazar Ninja Team.

With reference to Order Id: OID20387 I have order on 26th Dec 2015 for the product as mentioned below.
20800 Mah PowerBank
Qty : 2
Unit Price: INR 980.00
Total : INR 1960.00

for this order, I have got the courier on 11 Jan 2016 after 17 Days of ordering. with waybill number: AWB NO:[protected] around 4:30 PM. since I was out of station for customer meetings our security have received the same and I have checked the courier 20th Jan 2016.
Immediately I have realized that.
Only 1 Power Bank received that too wrong one with 10400 Mah
also Quantity is missing here.
I have raised a compliment on the same day 20th Jan 2016 with the bazaar Ninja call center team on number: +[protected], and they have shared the portal ID to raise the tickets. till now there is no response from the eBazaar ninja team and keep on stating that they
have exculated this issue to their management but even after 15 days there is no response.

Worst part is that still they are sending the marketing mails to order for 20800 Mah Powerbanks, where my powerbanks are not still fulfilled.

I request you to please some one help to get this resolve by getting the right product or get the money back.

Kindly help and do the needful.

As I have raise this Complaint on Ebazar team they have deleted my Ticket since that was tracking entire History, Till Now there is no any call or status from the Team.

I would like to go to file an FIR in Chennai Royapet Police station, proofs have been submitted in the police station they were suggested to wait for an week of time to get the update, If not later it will go through process legally after filing the FIR against the online purchase in Ebazar.

I have given all the details of my order number and other details in te earlier message.

I am so sorry, Since being a customer it really pathetic situation to get connect with the call center team and even after month also they are not responding in a proper way.

If some can help on this I can share all the details of the Bills and other details. to get the solution for this issue.

customer one product reverse pickup is initiated , once we will receive the product , we will initiate the replacement of both the products.

eBazarNinja is a fraud website. Dont order bower banks in this website.
