[Resolved]  ECHS — Refusal for catering outside patient at ECHS Lodhi Road

Sir, I am an Ex-Serviceman and presently residing in Delhi. My ECHS card belongs to Lucknow Regional Centre U.P. Earlier the personnel holding ECHS Card o[censored]P were taking treatment from ECHS Policlinic Lodhi Road. Now, Officer I/C Policlinic Lodhi Road has refused to provide medical facility from outpatient. He even not entertaining application for attachment in absence of address proof.
