As per Treatment process, Doctor of ECHS (Panel) referred dependent of Ex-serviceman to ECHS Lodhi Road Delhi keeping in view the suitable treatment in empanelled hospital loc their jurisdiction. As per given treatment process the doctor of ECHS Lodhi Road should have further referred the case to empanelled hospital immediately but refused harshly to do so resulting in referred patient faced huge inconvenience. Please issue necessary instruction accordingly to avoid such happening in future
