Ecom Express — Delay in the shipment

Fed up of poor service of ECOM. Even calling four times the courier was not delivered to me. Same status showing for last 2 days as residence locked. Whereas I was avaliable on both the days & no one came to deliver it and no one called to enquire.

Waste service and bad express would u think a like a good service when the product gaves us then we r respect u and u r service k first of all check in where is the products and u will be give me in a 2, 3 days but u r taking a so long time wht do u think like people has waste r crappy don't there don't hove time with people sometimes we can do it cancel also k
