Ecom Express — Ecom express-delaying delivery

HI...My order ID:[protected] through snapdeal has not yet been delivered..since ecom have updated that the estimated delevery date was on[protected] but the product is still in the shipper's location, i need the delivery by 26th october(mentioned by the shipper).kindly intimate the status of the the shipment and when the product will be delivered
