[Resolved] Ecom Express — False update from ecom express | |||||
Hi, I ordered items from shopclues and due to wrong item delivered reverse pickup is arranged with ecom express. Shipment no.[protected] No one came yesterday for reverse pick up for the product. But status is showing first attempt has been done and reverse pick up is incomplete. I talked to customer care executive of Ecom express in the morning . He told he will arrange reverse pick up today. I talked to Ecom express customer care executive again in the evening arround 6pm, he is saying for tomorrow pick up. Why is the delay for pick up and false status is updating ? The customer care executive was also too rude and disconnected the call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Today person from ecom express came to pick up the parcel and I got update from shopclues too. Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

My package with tracking number[protected] is not getting delivered, nobody is bothered to call abt delivery, I m highly disappointed, no solution even after calling call centre
