Ecom Express — Mobile phone lost | |||||
On 5th of sep, i ordered a mobile through Amazon website. It was shown that the order will be delivered by 13th of sep. The courier partner by which i were to receive the product was Ecom Express . On 8th of sep, i visited the Ecom website and checked where the order had reached. It showed that it reached my location. But it was not delivered that day. So i call upon the Ecom helpline, it took nearly 5mins they picked the call. There they told that how can it reach in 3days. They laughed over the phone and mocked me.The people who picks the call on Ecom harrases the people.I often hear this and that day i got the proof. I asked them beacuse their website showed it. Then i call upon amazon, they told me to wait till 13. Now today is 13, and till now i havent received my order. Few hours ago, when i again called Ecom helpline no, they told me that the order was lost in transit. I mean what is going on. First they say its untracable, now its lost and to contact the seller. Its the courier responsibilty to check the orders not the sellers. Really this type of courier companies are not suitable to deliver goods to people. People will have no trust.
