Ecom Express — not providing contact number of local service provider

I have placed an order on Shopclue accordingly they mail me that your shipment will reach to your address by 5 nov 2014 but after contacting the service center they told me to wait for 4-5 days and if you still dont get the shipment then they will provide me the service center number. I am very much annoyed because they are not providing me the contact number to track my shipment.
