I ordered on 19th july and today its 1st august, but still there is no response from your side, your team is saying that our vehicle has is in under the custody of sales tax officers so there is no assumable date regarding delivery, I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I ordered on 19th July of last month and today its 1st august, still there is no information regarding delivery of product.
Response from your branch manager is our transport vehicle is in under the custody of sale tax officers, so cant commit for delivery date.
Please resolve this matter ASAP.
