Ecom Express — Reference NO. [protected] Product Rinnovare Spin Mop | |||
Have ordered Rinnovare Spin Mop through Groupon website and the product has been delivered through ecom express. Since last 5 days it is showing in transit only and not able to find out when it will actually get delivered. Whenever trying the customer care number it is either busy / not able to connect. And the website is always down till 2 pm / 3 pm. So cannot actually trace the status of shipment. Kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||

Still the product has not been delivered. Estimated delivery date was 23-Oct-2014. There was no call / email regarding this delay in delivery. Really very poor services & still the website not showing the status. Whenever putting way bill no. / reference no. not able to get the details as their server is down. Would like to cancel this order. As now no use of this product. Product was booked for gifting purpose in Diwali & Diwali has been over now.
