[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Still my product is not deliver and ccare not pick my call

Hi, I regret to inform you that i purchased headphone from Snapdeal on 15th Otc 2014 and delivery time is 21st oct but still i did not get my product when i track my product i saw only dispatch time and when i call to Snapdeal she gives me ecomexpress no i call till 15 minutes but they can not receive my call as i am new customer on Snapdeal my experience is worst on Snapdeal especially courier service I have purchased many things from Flipkart, Amazon even new shopping kart Paytm they gives good service I naver come aagain on Snapdeal Regards Irshad Siddiqui Item-[protected] Awb no[protected]
