I am from Durgapur, West Bengal.Ecom express is giving horrible excuses for not delivering my order, my shipment number is[protected] and I have given ALL POSSIBLE DETAILS(INCLUDING LANDMARK) in my address, my parcel has already reached Durgapur hub on 7th Nov 16 and till 10 Nov 16they did not call me on my no provided on the address provided and they are giving lame excuses for not delivering my product.
