Ecom Express — Worst delivery service | |||
I bought a laptop from Snap deal. Snap deal and the seller sent the laptop to the Ecom Express the same day on May 27th. Till June 2nd there is no change in tracking status and I am supposed to receive the package on June 2nd. Every time I call the customer care, there won't be a proper response and if I ask why there is a delay they should simply disconnect the call. I am a regular buyer with Snap Deal and I have already filed a complaint with Snapdeal to not to have any business with Ecom Express which has pathetic tracking system, no sense of time and rude customer care team.
