[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Worst Service ever by a Courier Company - Pls Ban them from Operation

I have ordered from shopclues and it has been given to the courier company on 13th Dec by the seller. I tracked the parcel and its still in Delhi, that is for the past 5 days its in the same location. When i contacted the Customer Care they don't even have an option to register a complaint, he just said he will look into the matter. I wasn't even given a reference number for my call. Is this a way a courier company runs?? Y is there a customer care which don't have an option to register a complaint?? Even a normal Indian Post gets delivered faster than you guys. Should feel ashamed to be calling themselves to be a courier company.
