[Resolved]  Edelweiss Financial Services — Didn't get my money after selling my holdings since last 6 months

I sold all my holdings of total 19 shares on 12th June 2014 and it showed my ledger balance is Rs. 6131.00. But when I made a payout request on 13th June 2014 of Rs. 6000 (Instruction Number[protected] it showed "PROCESSED". But its been near 6 months I haven't get any cheques of my money neither it got deposited to my bank account. I called their customer care services more than several times and every time they answered me that they are looking into this matter. I am really fed up with their behaviour for such a small amount. Can you please tell me when can I get my money as I don't want to reinvest in right now, may be later, but need the money asap. My ID is 11813610.Please have your kind attention on this matter and reply me back soon. Waiting for your answer asap I have also attached my bank statement, edelweiss statement and the payout request screenshots.
