Education Loan — Disqualify for education loan by the SBI

My Education loan application, applied for 04 Lakh for my daughter studying in MBBS in IInd Year at R D Gardi Medical College, Ujjain, has been rejected by the SBI authority with the remarks that the education loan may be applied and taken from my home town as my post is transferable. Moreover my department I/C has given the certificate that during transfer of employee the information will be given to Bank immediately. I am permanent employee of Central Govt. and served holding the rank of Inspector(p) in SSB and stationed here for last 7.5Years, under MHA at Sector Hqrs Muzaffarpur. My salary account is also with this SBI bank for last 12 years. Rejection of my education loan application by the Bank is not fair and given the adverse impact on the moral of me, who has been serving in paramilitary force for guarding of border for last 24 years.
