Education Loan — Not getting subsidy of interest- corporation Bank - Elamakkara Branch- Ernakulam District, Kerala-Account number [protected]

I had taken Educational Loan from the Corporation Bank, Elamakkara branch for my daughter SHYAMA.S from 2011 onwards so as to pay the fee for BTech proramme. I had availed Rs 196000 as Loan . I had applied for getting subsidy as I belong to the eligible category to get subsidy. When I Contacted the Manager, he said that subsidy allowed to SHYAMA has already been entered in Pass Book. The Account number is [protected]. The total Interest shown in the Pass book is Rs 58749. But the subsidy credited to pass book is only Rs 14224 ( Rs 1202 on 6/5/13 +Rs 12022 on 13/07/2014). As I want to close the account, I need to know the actual amount, after deducting subsidy, to be remitted by me. The manager, Corporation bank, Elamakkara has expressed his inability to do anything in this regard. He said that he can do nothing but only after getting orders from the Head quarters.
