I purchased class 6 & 7 math & science copy from learnNew in 1500rs Next day I got mail of 999Rs. anyway....
Major problem with LearnNext is service. very poor service. mismanagement. no escalation process of customer problem. We are facing no voive/very slow voice problem since last 15 days I wrote about 5 mails and calls almost every day but no solution. even I given theree 3 times my system on report but they are not able to solve my problem and not given any reply and support executive disconnect my system. Toll free system is only marketing not for service and toll free no/marketing no is 24*7 but support only 11-8Pm so you can imagine and marketing and support people are giving only phone no of each others still my problem is unsolved.
