This is Chinnappa Reddy, R/o #1-5-1070, Father Balaiah Nagar, Old Alwal, Secunderabad-500010.
The local News Paper Distributor is charging over & above the marked price for the daily paper in our area. When questioned for it, he says it is not remunerative for him to sell the paper at the marked price; and is threatening that he WOULD STOP GIVING US the daily paper.
Can you guide us in the matter.
