I Gottapu Malathi, have completed b.com from eiilm university in 2012. I have applied for certificat in April 2014, But still I m not getting my original degree certificate. I call so many times and sent so many mails but there is no result. I am an employee of sbi, I m not able to promotion due to degree certificate. Kindly accept my request do the best for me.
