I have applied for my provisional certificate on 08jan 2014 with demand drafe of 500/-.it is received by university on 15 jan 2014.but till now nothing came to me.when i call on given mobile number it is always off.i emailed many times regarding this on [protected]@eiilmuniversity.ac.in.but no result.
