Resident of above mentioned ill fated cooperative housing society which is run by cooperative
Terrorists against whom various legal /penal actions initiated by most efficient public authorities like
Police, pmc... Ddr... Etc...
As these cooperative terrorists hails from different states where there is no law and order and so
They entered in my great state called maharashtra being run by anti corruption

Since from incorporation of this society these anti-social elements was in criminal conspiracy to
Make this huge society where 216 members live peacefully, a terrorist hub and to rob/loot
Maintenance money of poor members which amounts around 80 - 90 lakhs per annum.
I being union / state authority raised voice against corrupt act which was intolerable by
These terrorists... Hence they started troubling myself and my family. As i am whistle blower
To all crime of these culprits which they dont want.

A. On friday 16 oct 2015, above terrorists invited unlawful assembly to plan attack on
Mohamwadi police station alongwith few lady miscreants, and did attack on saturday 17 oct
2016 at 1100 group of around 40-50 culprits, anti - state elements attacked mohamwadi police station
In which 5-6 ladies took lead under leadership of terrorist harsh tiwari and others. Culprit harsh tiwari so
Called chairman printed pamphlets to instigate members into this crime. They attacked senior cops in police
Tation harsh tiwari abused pi and api on duty (Video recording handed over by me to senior police
Officials). One culprit also arrested by mulund police who was under trap assisted by myself which kept
These terrorists unrest. Police detailed these culprits as preventative arrest, latter they rushed to my flat and

B. On 16 apr 2016, another office bearer named deepak ghodke prevented my kids and family to use
Ociety swimming pool, abused wife of veteran and booked by police vide fir 163/2016 (Ipc 352, 504, 509)
And criminal proceedings initiated against him and others shortly vide case no. 2048/2016, matter
Investigated by wanwrie police at highest efficiency, which is intolerable by these terrorists. As they
Wish to walk free of every crime as happens in their native state. Other culprits are also booked under
Ame offence. Other members also booked as per crpc 107 and warned severally by police.
C. Meanwhile, as cheap act these terrorists made attempt to expel me to shun down voice against

D. Lot o[censored]nauthorized construction after taking bribe from members /tenants /unauthorized occupants

F. As my state maharashtra is land of law and order, esteemed public servants of pmc, police are
Working and assisting me to maintain law and order in this unfortunate housing society which
Is intolerable by culprits named tiwari, ghodke, nazir, dhokne, arya, ravi tiwari,
Abdul, kurane, gavimath, sumanghosh... Etc... And these culprits repeated sending various
Misleading emails using abusive language without disclosing their name with my
Fear. (Misusing society email is) to various authorities) and misguiding them but efficient officials are
Aware of these criminal act as i am keep informing to all and thus ensuring highest level to maintain law
And order in this society where i live in.
G. Due to this anti social and terrorist act myself and my family is under threat
And being attacked severally by these elements and their families, police investigated
All complaints and arrest of above named 10 culprits and other anti-social elements is eminent.
H. Authorities like pmc, police, ddr taking action against these culprits
Is harassment for them and violation of rights of culprits... Ha... Ha... Ha.. Aaaaa... With hatred feel
They are raising complaints against public servants which is serious concern
And crime of waging war against state for which they are to be expelled from state of
Maharashtra as such member can form terrorist organization and call war against state at large, as
Background of these cooperative terrorists are not known to state.
I. As matter pertains jurisdiction to local authorities and i am happy with their action against these above

Malicious interests sending various emails without mentioning name to be

I. All assistance to be provided to myself and my family to maintain law and order in above said
Unfortunate society.
Ii. Cid report rendered to state against these terrorists (Including ladies who was involved in police
Tation attack) to be scrutinized and these anti-social elements are warned/prosecuted to maintain
Law and order in society failing which to leave state of maharashtra to establish peach and harmony
In this society.
Iii. All assistance to be provided to myself and family as did till to-date to upkeep law and order
Ituation in this society
Iv. All illegal constructions by anti society members to be demolished and
Warning to be served in this regard, as did earlier by pmc.
V. Above mentioned anti-social elements to be warned and to be given understanding to obey law
And order of state.
Vi. All other action which deemed fit to maintain law and order in state.
