MY FIRST COMPLAINT :

I received my powebank 10400 mah on 12.09.2015.But there is problem in your product. I have android phone HTC DESIRE 820. I have fully charged power bank but only afrer 20% charging if mobile power bank going to be off. I again fully charged power bank but the result is same. As per power bank configration my mobile has been to be charged upto 4 times (2600*4) 10400 mah. But only after 20% charging power bank going to be off. You are requested to please get back the power bank and refund my money.
