Hi Sir/Mam,
I have submitted the change of address application form6 and received the confirmation track no:A[protected].

After some days I have checked the application status through online web portal my change of address was done but small mistake made in my voter I'd card.

Actually I have fillup the application 3rd cross street in my application but I received 5th cross street in my voter I'd card while I check online web portal. Please change my original 3rd cross street.

Herewith I have attached the screenshot (Receipt for application)confirmation for your reference. So please update my original address in my voter I'd card.
