Election Commission Of India [Eci] — Have not received the voters id card

I have applied for the voters id card 8 months back and when i uploaded the filled up form online, it was mentioned that the card will get proccessed after 28th of march. Its almost 5 months now, i have not received any mail regarding my card. If i have incurred any mistake while filling up the form, atleast i should be informed or be given cause of the delay. My reference id is [protected]. Please kindly process my card. I am experiencing a lot of problem due absence of the same
