I have applied online for a votor i card and my application i. D. No. Is[protected] which was sent to my residence as per message received by me from chief election office on 9th april, 2016. My e. D. Number is 79444590 dt. 9th aprill, 2016. I have not received the same till date.

Please let me know the reason for it and what i am suppose to do to get it.
