Dear sir/madam,

Please note, i've applied the correction of name & date of birth in the voter-id card dated on : 07.09.2016
My request id of form 8 is
0149f67eff49b9e9b

Iam checking the status on every day & till the status is showing as under process.

Due to this issue i unable to get the passport for my future use.

Could you please look into this matter & help me to update the correction at the earliest.
