Election Commission Of India [Eci] — Request for voter id - delayed long

Dear Sir,

I have applied for voter ID card online for me and my wife. Request ID are[protected]c16e8abc0 & 01460f5146d813fd6 in the month of Feb'16.
Yet my ID cards are not prepared.
I have submitted all details asked on portal.
Status shown online is that request submitted and BLO appointed for another request.
It has been five months. And there is not complaint or reminder option available on the web sit www.nvsp.in.
Now I do not know what to do further or how long it will take for the process
