Election Commission Of India [Eci] — Voter-id not yet issued for 3 of my family members

I submitted for mine and my wife Voter-id transfer within Bangalore Urban from CV Raman Nagar to Bommanahalli in February 2016.
Even my daughter submitted for fresh voter registration.

But even 8 months the status in online shows as under process.

Why it is taking so much time for a small registration.

Updated by chchandra I guess no one from EC pays attention to this complaint from this site. The status remain the same with no progress at all. Thus all my applications remain in Dormant stage since 16 months.
1. The issue remains the same.
2. There is a provision to complaint directly from the CEO site - but the page always throws error message.
3. Now that the elections are scheduled less than a year - am sure many genuine voters eligible will be denied their right like this.

My card no is MT/42/250/117117 and my name is Mrs. Sunanda Vithal Mangalvedhe although i am having voter card still i am not able to find in voters list from where i can download the same
