I submitted online Form 8 on 3-Jul-15, along with my latest photo. My voter card was issued in the year 2002. I wanted my latest photograph in the Voter Card along with current age in that. I uploaded the photo & submitted online along with Form 8. The form was rejected on 28-Aug-15. I didn't receive any email nor any phone call to this effect & the reason for rejection is also not known. Till last month, the site mentioned the status 'pending'. Today morning the site mentions: 'rejected'. I have lodged an onlIne complaint with CEO-DELHI, vide Complaint No.: 60151 dtd 24-Sep-15. ACHCHE DIN for layman continue. Merely mentioning that the Form has been rejected is appalling.
