I am user of domestic connection, MPEB. I am regularly getting electricity usage bill of Rs.8000/- to 10000/- against electricity consumption. I am getting wrong bill since April 2016.
It is just not possible for me to have used so much of electricity. There are only two people at home and that too, we are mostly out of home. My electricity bill should not be more than 1500/- or maximum 2000/-
When i lodge the complaing in Naugaon electricity board (for Dhar, MP), they said to check the meter and replaced it with other one. Then, they got it checked in one and half month and said meter is working fine and i have to pay complete bill amount which i paid. Again, next bill was very high and i lodged the conplaint. They are not listening to my conplaint now and not resolving my issue from last 6 months. I almost wasted my 40000/- on wrong electricity bills which i want to get adjusted or refunded in same electricity connection.
There seems a mistake in noting down the reading but i am paying the amount for which i am not at all liable.
Please rectify this mistake so that I can pay the actual amount. Thanking you in anticipation,
