Electrolux — A.C in warranty not Working

Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I have purchased an Electrolux A.C (SN53N[protected] has puchased an A.C on 4th May 2015 from Ramnagar, Nainital, Uttarakhand. From very first month of purchase we are facing problems i.e A.C is not cooling well. we have lodge many complains but some mechanics come from electrolux Haldwani city but not able to fix the problem. Again 5 days back we have complain but no any response from company. Please help us from this problem and replace our not working A.C as electrolux is not paying any attention to our complain.
