Electrolux — Auto cut feature not working resulting in extreme cooling and high electricity bills | |||
I have purchased a electrolux refrigerator (Direct Cool -170ltrs) from Chroma retail store in Bangalore around 2 months back. After a month autocut feature stopped working though the cooling is set on 2 and the refrigerator is working almost 24 hours resulting in huge bump in my electricity bills and even the products inside the refrigerator are ice chilled all the time. I have raised complaint twice with electrolux customer care but no one from the company has shown up on my door steps to check my fridge. This really frustrating. Please let me know when my issue will be resolved.
The engineer told that the thermostat of my Refrigerator is broken and needs to be replaced to solve the issue but it has been 8 days since he visited my place and yet no one has come to replace the thermostat.
My refrigerator is running continuously causing the stuff inside to freeze and high bump in electricity bill.
Your Branch Service manager Mr. Bhupendrar Singh ([protected]) has also not contacted me and no one answered when I called.
Let me know how to escalate the issue to your higher officials.
