I got my AC serviced on 6th May 2021 by Electrolux service executive paying INR 3700 for service and gas refilling charges.

Called Electrolux washing machine service center for repair of washing machine. The technician visited and took my machine saying it can be repaired at the service center only. After 4 days he brought the machine back and left it and charged me 10000 for the service. He said he will send the bill but nothing is sent to me till date. I have purchased a microwave last two years but when we are putting the circular grill in glass top during operation bottom of grill in leg side spark is coming....

This is regarding the refrigerator with the model number- ECL093/2013. The refrigerator temperature remains too high/does not cool anything from last few days.

. I purchased Electrolux washing m/c from Techno Kaet India Limited Jaipur on 31.12.2015. Now the dryer portion is not working. I contact Techno vision (VG Group Service Center) New Sanganer Road Sodala Jaipur 302019.But they told that the company is no more, paid service can be done, While there is 5 years warranty on motor from the date of purchase i.e up to 31.12.2020 and it is under warranty period.3 photoes are encosed for your ready...

I have 5 years warranty on my ac but after 3 years i find issues in compressor and there is no one to address the issues. After several attempts at customer care they said electrolux co. Is closed in india and need to contact the the dealer from where i have purchased. The microwave oven and its menu panel "STATRT" button has stopped functioning. Rest other buttons are mostly displaying. Please get it serviced and attended when lockdown at my city of Bhubaneswar is eased out for your Engineer to move to my address.
