[Resolved]  Electrolux — Brand new refregirator not working since purchase (28/09/2014)

Hi, I purchased an Electrolux refrigerator from Snapdeal order number [protected].I received the same on 28/09/2014. and since then it is not cooling. I reached them and they say i need to contact brand, I called the electrolux on 01/10/2014 and lodged a complain EHYD[protected] and till today 07/10/2014 I have called them minimum 10 times to know the status and each time they are giving variety of reasons and assurances to rectify it. I am really frustrated as even today i dont have any clue what shall i do with that dummy product. Please help.
