[Resolved] Electrolux — Broken filter replacement | |||
Hi, We purchase a Electrolux washing machine in the month of April 2014, the inside filter of the machine was damage/broken by the demo person while giving the demo. We was told that filter will be replace with a new one in the next week, since then almost 4 month got complete but not recd such replacement filter by the electrolux service provider. We did make complain also and following the matter every week but no any positive response/reply yet. Every week we been told that will be fulfill in week time but sadly to say that week not comes yet... We are being harassed, dont know why? What is our falut? Is purchasing such company machine is our fault? Was this information helpful? | |||
