Electrolux — Complaint against customer care and service center | |||
Hi, This is regarding my complaint for Electrolux refrigerator.Till now 3 request raised for same issue from Oct 2014 to Till date, still issue not yet resolved by service center. Service engineer not able to address the problem and there is no response fro m customer care regarding this. Issue is second door refrigerator not cooling. In first visitor said PCP ( refrigerator part) is damaged so have to changed, I changed it PCP and I paid RS 2200/- to service center and after 2 month was getting same issue, again they said PCP is faulty so again I changed PCP and paid RS 1100/-. After one week still getting same issue.New mechanic said PCP is not working properly. I am continuously following up with customer care and service center but no reply. Still to date I have no working fridge and the customer service people are useless and non responsive. Please take action on this matter immediately, I shall never again buy an Electrolux product after this terrible after sales service.
